How do I hide a token or NFT?

For tokens: Go to the main screen and tap Manage at the bottom. Tap the eye icon next to a token to hide or unhide it.
For NFTs: Go to the Collectibles tab and tap the filter icon in the top right corner. Tap the minus (−) icon to hide a specific NFT. To unhide it, use the same filter icon and tap the plus (+) icon.

Hidden assets remain in your wallet on-chain — they are only filtered from the in-app display.

A token is not visible in my Tonkeeper wallet. How can I fix this?

There are three common reasons why a token may no longer appear in your wallet:

The token was hidden. Tap Manage in the Wallet section and check the token's visibility toggle. Tap the eye icon to restore it.
Safe Mode is enabled (Android only). In Safe Mode, all tokens marked as Unverified are hidden. To check: go to Settings → Security → Safe Mode and toggle it off if needed.
The token was marked as SCAM. A token may be flagged as SCAM if it copies the ticker of an existing token or was used for fraud. To check: visit tonviewer.com, paste your wallet address, go to the Tokens tab, and look at the status label next to the token.

⚠️ Do not interact with SCAM-labelled tokens. They have no legitimate value and may be used to phish your wallet through malicious smart contract calls. Simply hide them using the filter in the Collectibles tab or the Manage screen.
